Carlos Carrera, an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Association of Southern Minnesota, specializes in Mankato commercial real estate. With extensive knowledge and experience in the local market, Carlos helps clients make informed decisions and move confidently toward their goals.

After relocating to Mankato in 1992, Carlos began his customer-service career as a successful residential and commercial contractor. After a decade in construction, he brought that practical knowledge, positive attitude, and persistent work ethic into real estate.

In 2004, Carlos joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates and quickly earned recognition as a top-performing realtor, including the Honor Society Award. In 2009, he joined RE/MAX, LLC, where his continued performance earned membership in the RE/MAX Executives Club and 100% Club.
